Devnet terms of use

The rules and boundaries for using the current Stonk Arcade testing release.

Scope of this release

These terms describe the Stonk Arcade devnet preview at stonkarcade.fun, maintained by the Stonk Arcade project. The current project contact is @stonkarcadefun. They apply to this testing release, not to a future real-money service.

The preview is intended for adults aged 18 or over who may lawfully access it. Use only devnet assets. Continuing to use the preview means accepting these stated testing rules.

No real-value purchases or entitlements

Devnet SOL, test USDC and test ecosystem tokens are testing fixtures with no promised monetary value, redemption, cash-out or mainnet conversion. PLAY is a test ticker. Participation does not create a claim to a future token, airdrop, reward allocation or investment return.

There is no public LP deposit programme or guaranteed yield. Do not send real funds to test addresses.

Wallet authorisation and results

Review the collection, quoted amount, odds and wallet transaction before approving. You are responsible for controlling your wallet. A wallet approval can still be followed by failed submission or delayed confirmation; inspect the on-chain receipt before retrying.

Accepted draws follow their pool version’s on-chain terms. Claiming a token bag can incur transfer fees, and claims require network fees. The odds and fees and refund rules explain current behaviour.

Acceptable testing

Do not steal assets, impersonate the project, misrepresent test tokens as real assets, exploit other users, or intentionally overwhelm the site or its providers. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the security reporting route.

Availability and changes

This is experimental, unaudited software. The interface may be interrupted or changed, new purchases may be paused, and devnet services may fail or reset. No uptime, profit or support-response guarantee is offered. Existing on-chain claims depend on the deployed program and network continuing to function.

The devnet program retains an upgrade authority. Presentation changes can ship independently; the current pool-versioning system preserves prior economic terms for saved draws under the current program rules.

These pages do not establish a real-money launch

These testing terms do not claim a gambling licence, universal legal availability or regulatory approval. A real-money release would require separate published terms and an assessment of the applicable operating requirements. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions and revisions
